Highly Skilled Migrant Programme - New Reviews Request Form

Published on: Sat, 06 Aug 2005 12:00:00 GMT

A new Reviews Request Form is now available for use by individuals who are seeking a review of an HSMP application refusal. Individuals seeking a review of their application should complete this Reviews Request Form and submit to the HSMP team, within 28 days of the original decision.

Reviews will only be considered on the basis of the information that was provided with the original application - no additional evidence/information should be sent with review requests. Individuals should therefore consider closely the reasons for refusal provided in their original decision letter before deciding whether to seek a review.

Please note, there is a limit of two review requests of our decision on any application.

If an individual wishes, their HSMP application to be reconsidered on the basis of new or additional information, not included in the original application, a fresh application must be submitted on the appropriate HSMP application form, together with the associated fee.

Review requests should be sent to:
HSMP team
PO Box 3468
Sheffield
S3 8WA

No charge is made for review applications.
