I-864 & National Visa Center

Hi Folks and helpful netizens,

The NVC requested and I submitted a I-864 for my son.
I attached my previous 3 years of IRS tax transcripts.
I also attached I-864A and I-864 filled out by my daughter in Law alongwith
her W2's.

The NVC sent a notice today asking for any W2's of mine or Tax Schedule's
for the Business or a letter form employer.

I dont have any. I have a sole_owner/proprietorship company for which I dont
file taxes all year long.
I only file my taxes at the end of the year and show the income and pay the
taxes due at that time.
My income was enough to cover the Son.

So what do I send to NVC ?

Do I create a Company Letter Head and sign it myself since I am the owner ?

I thought the IRS TAX Transcript was enough.


Please Help !!

If you have a sample of a cover letter then that would help me immensely.
