7th year extension with approved labor < 365 days

I applied LC under PERM process in Aug 2005 and I got approval.
My 6 years of H1-B will be over by May 2006. Can I apply for 7th year
extension? Am I eligible for it?

7th eyar extension talks about 365 days older cases but where as in my
case, I have an approved LC but its not 365 days older case.

I would appreciate your responses.
